Data Privacy & Security Overview

Maximum 14 days. Never used for training. Period.

SmartHotel processes your data through enterprise-grade AI APIs from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google (Gemini). We have configured all three providers with the strictest available data retention settings. Your hotel's data is never used to train AI models.

Each provider publishes clear, legally binding data policies for API and enterprise usage. These are not marketing claims. They are contractual commitments.

Important distinction: These policies apply to API and enterprise usage, which is how SmartHotel operates. Free consumer products (like the free version of ChatGPT or Gemini) may have different terms. SmartHotel exclusively uses enterprise-grade API access with the strongest available privacy protections.

Public data requires no special access. The majority of SmartHotel's intelligence comes from publicly available information: reviews, ratings, rates, and social media. Internal data (PMS, GBP) is optional and only accessed with your explicit permission. You control what we see.
